A native Mobilian, Gayle has been working as a real estate professional since 1985. After obtaining her real estate license, she joined Roberts Brothers and began her career at the Roberts Brothers Hillcrest Office. In November 1986, Gayle teamed with Mickie Russell in her venture to form Dauphin Realty of Mobile, Inc.
With Mickie as Owner-President and Gayle as Vice-President and Qualifying Broker of the Corporate office, Dauphin Realty flourished. It became one of the most successful privately owned Real Estate companies in the Mobile/Baldwin County areas. Under this leadership, the business grew to include five offices and Gayle managed over 100 active agents and staff.
After 25 years Dauphin Realty merged with Roberts Brothers, the largest company in the Mobile area. Gayle who has ABR and GRI designations, now serves as Sales Manager of the Roberts Brothers Corporate Office in The Real Estate Center (TREC). Actively involved in the Mobile Area Association of Realtors, the Women’s Council of Realtors and Mobile Downtown Alliance. Gayle continues to volunteer and give back to the Mobile/Baldwin communities helping all who reside there thrive.
Gayle’s focus has always been to provide her agents, clients and customers the best of her service with the motto “to be the best at what you do and always have honest, successful people around you”.
